LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: North of 330 power hoodlums, including significant figures, have been found associated with power robbery in the Lahore Electric Stock Organization (Lesco) area.

As per the Lesco representative, 130 FIRs have been documented and 11 suspects captured in a crackdown, which has been sent off in the country. "Previous Individual from Public Gathering Mehr Saeed Zafar Padhar was additionally found engaged with power burglary and he was charged Rs250,000 for 8,620 units.

Previous Locale Committee Administrator Rana Ayub was charged Rs69,457 for 1,096 units. Ex-Bad habit Director Allah Tawakal was charged Rs268,112 for 5,156 units and PTI pioneer Tariq Javed was charged Rs205,247 for 4,753 units," he added. The representative said that a lodging society was charged Rs3,597,150 for 71,943 units.

In the mean time, Energy Secretary Rashid Langriyal has said that a crackdown against power criminals has begun in the nation and every central secretary and IG police are collaborating in it.

"We realize that the mission against the criminals is difficult however there is no choice of disappointment. The field arrangement has been told to make a move against the cheats without separation."
